Sarah Sack, ACSW

Therapist

Sarah is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, codependency, identity, low self-esteem, trauma, grief, relationship struggles, and life transitions. With warmth and compassion, Sarah takes a whole-person approach to therapy, helping clients build the skills, confidence, and insight needed to move through life’s challenges and step into a more resilient, joyful, and empowered version of themselves.

Her practice is rooted in the belief that every person is worthy of a full and meaningful life. Sarah creates a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients can show up authentically, explore their inner world, and experience lasting growth.

She meets each individual exactly where they are, remaining curious, collaborative, and deeply present, while gently guiding the journey toward healing and meaningful change—with a few laughs along the way.
