Kyle McGill is the dedicated Case Manager for START UP RECOVERY and START UP WELLNESS. With over a decade of experience in the addiction treatment field since 2012, Kyle has managed various levels of care and brings a deep passion and steadfast commitment to serving our clients.

He facilitates groups at the wellness center and holds a steady 12-step meeting at the START UP APARTMENTS, always focused on building strong recovery support.

Outside of work, Kyle is a loving husband to Kira and father to two young children. He’s an active member of the sober community, celebrating over 15 years of sobriety since discovering recovery at age 19.

When he’s not working or studying, Kyle loves surfing and taking full advantage of California’s beautiful beaches. His dedication to his clients, education, and personal growth makes him a vital part of our the START UP community.
