Kelly Merryman Turner is a holistic healer,transformational coach, and the Founder of Sol Ascend Frequency Healing. Her offerings harmoniously fuse sound and energy healing with yoga, somatics, and life coaching for an integrated, embodied approach that leverages ancient yogic wisdom and modern science. Kelly is also a key healer to START UP WELLNESS,where she collaborates with the team to enhance well-being through innovative practices.

A certified sound healer and breathwork guide, Kelly is a Holy Fire III Reiki Master and has completed over 800 hours in yoga teaching certifications in hatha/vinyasa, kundalini, yin, and yoga nidra. She mentors in The Sound Healer’s Academy, coaching and training other healers in the art and science of sound and energy healing. As a mother, female entrepreneur, and former non-profit executive, Kelly works at START UP WELLNESS to help our clients find balance, manage stress, and come home to themselves.
