Cory is a Lead Tech and team leader at START UP RECOVERY, where he brings equal parts heart, humor, and rock-solid leadership to every day. Known for being the calm in the storm and the first to step up, he supports clients with honesty, compassion, and a grounded confidence earned through his own personal growth and recovery journey.

Being with the company nearly three years, Cory leads with presence, connection, and a solution-driven mindset—motivating with respect, inspiring accountability, and turning challenges into opportunities for transformation.

Alongside his passion for helping others, Cory is completing his undergraduate degree and plans to pursue a master’s,driven by a clear purpose to continue serving and guiding others in their recovery. More recently, Cory has been added to the Client Care Team at START UP WELLNESS, where the focus is on holistic healing and personal empowerment,complements his dedication to fostering resilience and growth.

When he's not supporting clients or leveling up academically, Cory enjoys mountain biking, skiing, and playing volleyball—fueling the same energy and resilience he brings to his work and his life.
